Estadad ("we," "us," or "our") provides original artworks and handcrafted products, often shipped internationally.
Due to the unique nature of our products and the complex logistics involved in international shipping, all sales are considered final unless otherwise stated.
By purchasing from our Site, you acknowledge and accept this policy.

Refund Policy - The Basics

Welcome to Estadad.
Our products — including paintings, prints, and other handcrafted art — are delicately made, individually unique, and shipped internationally, primarily from Afghanistan to the United States.
Because of this, our Refund & Return Policy is different from typical e-commerce platforms.

 

All Sales Are Final

Due to the challenges of international shipping, customs, and the unique nature of original art pieces:

  • We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any orders.

  • Once a purchase is confirmed, it is non-refundable and non-returnable.

  • Please review all product details carefully before purchasing.

Exceptions (Rare Cases)

In extremely rare and controversial cases (e.g., if a customer clearly acts in bad faith or if there's a significant issue):

  • We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to evaluate refund or store credit requests.

  • Such cases will be handled individually by our customer support team.

  • We are here to support genuine buyers and foster a fair, respectful community.

Damaged Items

We package all artworks with the utmost care.
However, if your item arrives severely damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@estadad.com.

  • Include clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label.

  • We will work with you to find a solution (which may include insurance claims or a partial refund if applicable).

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is shipped:

  • Estadad is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unclaimed packages.

  • It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct shipping address and to track the shipment.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy as our business evolves (especially as we expand to other product types in the future).
All updates will be posted on this page with a new "Effective Date."
