Estadad is a platform that empowers Afghan female artists to share their talents with the world by selling original artworks and art prints. Our mission is to promote creativity, culture, and entrepreneurship through art.

 

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use this Site, sell artworks, and make purchases.

 

3. Products and Availability

We offer physical artworks, including prints and original paintings. As our platform grows, additional handmade crafts and digital products may become available. Product descriptions and images are provided to the best of our ability, but minor variations may occur.

4. Orders and Payment

All payments must be made through the approved payment methods displayed at checkout. By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including product availability, errors in product descriptions or pricing, or suspected fraudulent activity.

5. Shipping

We currently ship artworks directly from Afghanistan to customers, primarily in the United States, but we also accept international orders. Shipping costs, delivery times, and import duties (if applicable) will be communicated at checkout.

Delays may occur due to international logistics, customs processing, or unforeseen events. We are not responsible for delays beyond our control.

6. Refunds and Returns

All sales are final.
Due to the nature of international shipping and the delicate handling of artwork, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

In rare, exceptional circumstances — such as damaged goods or unresolved disputes — we may, at our sole discretion, offer partial refunds or other remedies. Such cases will be evaluated individually and must be reported within 7 days of receipt.

All content on the Site — including images, text, logos, and artwork — is owned by Estadad or our artists. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our express written permission.
